For Virtual IMPACT Immersion clients, we conduct the same transformation across 4 to 5 focused virtual sessions over 1 to 2 weeks.

Yes. The Virtual IMPACT Immersion delivers the same diagnostic depth, the same one on one sessions, and the same strategic transformation as the in person version. The 2 day workshop is restructured into 4 to 5 focused virtual sessions, each 2 to 3 hours, over 1 to 2 weeks. This format works exceptionally well for leadership teams spread across multiple locations and for companies outside the UK. The outcomes are identical.
For the diagnostic, I need access to key documents (strategy, financials, governance structures) and 60 to 90 minutes with each member of your leadership team. Everything is confidential.
Resistance usually fades once they experience the one on one sessions. I am not there to judge or report back. I am there to understand. Most leaders appreciate having someone who listens without agenda.
