Absolutely. Some clients begin with the Virtual IMPACT Immersion and later choose to bring me in for an in person session or move into the IMPACT Partnership. The approach is flexible and built around what your leadership team needs.
The depth, methodology, and outcomes are identical. The only difference is the format of the strategic immersion workshop. In the IMPACT Immersion, this is a 2 day in person event. In the Virtual IMPACT Immersion, the same content is delivered across 4 to 5 focused virtual sessions, each 2 to 3 hours, spread over 1 to 2 weeks. Both include the full 3 week diagnostic, one on one sessions, gap report, roadmap, accountability follow ups, and year end review.
That is fine. The Gap Unlock Session is free and comes with no obligation. At minimum, you will leave with clarity on two or three gaps you did not see before. That alone is valuable.
For the IMPACT Immersion, I typically require 50 percent upfront and 50 percent before the two day workshop. For the IMPACT Partnership, invoicing is monthly with the first month upfront. We can discuss what works for your situation.
You keep everything — the gap analysis, the roadmap, the frameworks. My goal is to build your capability, not create dependency. Many clients return for periodic check ins or move into the IMPACT Partnership, but it is entirely your choice.
Yes. I work with companies globally. The Virtual IMPACT Immersion is designed specifically for international leadership teams, delivering the full transformation experience regardless of location. For in person engagements, I travel to your location. The 15 gaps are universal. They appear in every market because they are about leadership, not geography.
Once you complete the Gap Unlock Questionnaire and we have our 30 minute session, we can typically begin within two to three weeks, depending on my availability and your team's calendar.
The Inner Circle is an exclusive monthly resource for clients. It includes new frameworks, insights, strategies, and lessons from my ongoing work with leadership teams. It is only available to IMPACT Immersion and IMPACT Partnership clients.
